These skills ensure efficient support for HVAC technicians, adherence to safety standards, and the development of expertise needed for career advancement.

What field of HVAC pays the most?

The $5000 rule in HVAC refers to a guideline where technicians or helpers should not spend more than $5000 on parts and labor for a single project without proper approval or oversight. What does a helper do in HVAC?

An HVAC helper assists technicians with installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. They often handle tasks such as carrying equipment, preparing work sites, and learning system components, gaining experience for future certification or advanced roles.
