About the Role:
Right Guys Heating & Air is looking for a motivated HVAC Install Helper to join our growing team in Fort Mill, SC! This is a fantastic opportunity to get your hands dirty, learn the trade, and build a rewarding career in the HVAC industry alongside experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist lead HVAC technicians with the installation of heating and cooling systems
  • Help transport, stage, and position HVAC equipment and materials on job sites
  • Support ductwork installation, fabrication, and sealing tasks
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on all job sites
  • Load and unload equipment, tools, and supplies from company vehicles
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures during installations
  • Communicate effectively with lead installers and team members throughout the workday
Requirements:
  • Prior HVAC experience required — willingness to learn is a must
  • Ability to perform physical labor including lifting 50+ lbs and working in tight spaces
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up ready to work
