We have a high volume of HVAC service requests and are looking for reliable HVAC professionals who can independently diagnose, repair, maintain, and service HVAC systems.

Complete a variety of residential and commercial HVAC diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services, including:

• HVAC system troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs

• Central air conditioning system service and repairs

• Heat pump diagnostics, servicing, and repairs

• Furnace diagnostics and heating system repairs (Gas/Electric)

• Ductless mini-split installation, service, and repairs

• Refrigerant leak detection, pressure testing, recovery, evacuation, and charging

• Compressor diagnostics and replacement recommendations

• Capacitor, contactor, and condenser fan motor replacement

• Thermostat installation, wiring, and smart control setups

• Low-voltage electrical troubleshooting

• Condensate drain cleaning, drain pan repairs, and condensate pump replacement

• Airflow troubleshooting and system performance checks

• Preventive maintenance inspections

• HVAC replacement recommendations

• Digital work order completion with photos and detailed service notes

• Clear communication with residents and property managers regarding findings and recommendations

• Maintaining a clean and professional job site

• 2+ years of HVAC maintenance, diagnostic, or repair experience preferred

• Strong troubleshooting skills for heating and cooling systems

• Ability to diagnose HVAC issues independently

• Professional communication skills with residents and property owners

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable vehicle capable of transporting tools and equipment

• Willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius of Richmond, VA

• Own professional HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment:

  • Gauges

  • Vacuum pump

  • Recovery machine

  • Multimeter

  • Standard HVAC hand tools

• Smartphone with internet access

• Ability to upload clear job photos and complete digital work orders

• General liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)

• EPA Certification (Universal / Type II / Type III) preferred

• HVAC license or advanced certifications are a plus
