This is a structured, hands-on path into a high-demand career where you can build skills, earn a paycheck, and set yourself up for long-term success in the trades.

Position Overview
As an Apprentice HVAC Technician, you’ll be enrolled in a 4-year program that blends classroom learning with real job-site experience. You’ll work alongside licensed professionals on heating, cooling, and ventilation systems while attending classes at Hawkeye Community College. By the end of the program, you’ll have the skills and credentials to become a licensed journeyman HVAC technician.
