Job description

As a Plastipak Maintenance Technician, you will perform, monitor, and continuously improve preventative maintenance programs while supporting reliable, efficient manufacturing operations. Pay: $25/hour and up, based on experience

You Will:
  • Perform maintenance on blow molding and injection molding equipment to ensure uninterrupted and optimal operations
  • Execute and continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures
  • Participate in equipment changeovers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Repair and rebuild spare parts as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures
  • Expand your technical expertise through formal training and hands-on experience, including new equipment installations and modification projects

You Have:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience maintaining manufacturing equipment
  • Preferred experience with Gem Wheel, Husky, Sidel, Palletizer, and Airveyor equipment
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems, with proven troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including manuals, blueprints, and schematics
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet, with or without reasonable accommodation
