JOB TITLE: Content Coordinator
JOB SUMMARY
Diamondback is seeking a Content Coordinator to help power our growing marketing engine. This role is responsible for executing and coordinating marketing initiatives, managing social media schedules, editing and preparing content, and ensuring marketing projects stay organized and on track through our project management system. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and excited about creating content around boats, hunting, fishing, and outdoor adventure. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys both creative content work and operational organization.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
  • At least 2 years' experience in marketing, social media, or content production
  • Experience managing social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Video/Photo editing skills (Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Trello, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Experience in the outdoor, hunting, fishing, marine, or powersports industries
  • Photography or videography experience
  • Drone operation experience a plus
  • Familiarity with short-form video content trends

CORE DUTIES
  • Maintain the Diamondback social media calendar
  • Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Write social media captions aligned with brand voice
  • Monitor engagement and assist with community responses
  • Ensure consistent posting cadence across all channels
  • Edit short-form video content for social media
  • Create Instagram Reels, TikTok clips, and YouTube Shorts, Facebook posts
  • Repurpose long-form footage into multiple pieces of content
  • Add captions, text overlays, and music to videos
  • Resize and format visual content for each platform
  • Maintain marketing project workflows in Asana
  • Track project timelines and deadlines
  • Coordinate tasks across the marketing team
  • Ensure deliverables stay on schedule
  • Organize marketing asset libraries and content files
  • Assist with capturing and organizing content from different areas including shop builds, boat testing, customer deliveries, trade shows and events, and more
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather marketing materials
  • Track key marketing metrics including follower growth, site visitors, bounce rates, etc
  • Assist in compiling monthly marketing reports
  • Other duties as assigned

HOURS
  • 1st shift position
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Candidates that accept an offer of employment will be required to pass a background and drug screen.? Candidates must also meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.
