Job Description Summary

Position Objective:
The Senior Manager, Project Management Office (PMO) is tasked with spearheading and maintaining project management standards and practices within the PMO organization and across all project lifecycles. This role plays a pivotal part in establishing project guidelines, ensuring smooth project execution, maintaining quality standards, and meeting customer expectations.

Position Responsibilities:
* Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee all phases of projects from initiation to close-out. This involves assembling teams, defining scopes, managing resources, assessing deliverables, and conducting post-project reviews to document lessons learned.
* Financial Analysis: Collect and analyze project financial data, including budget implementation, risk assessment, and resource allocation, to ensure fiscal responsibility and project viability.
* Standardization: Improve existing processes and establish new ones to enhance project efficiency and success while upholding safety and quality standards.
* Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout project lifecycles, including creating online repositories, drafting standard operating procedures (SOPs), and reviewing project-related documents.
* Training and Development: Provide cross-functional training, distribute lessons learned, and develop training curriculums to enhance project management skills across the organization.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
* Establish and implement standardized project management methodology, tools, training, and standards
* Support project leaders and stakeholders, providing coaching and fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure the continuous improvement of the PMO and the larger organization
* Lead and motivate teams, offering direction and managing performance.
* Provide cross-functional support for projects through mentoring, training, and technical guidance
* Create standardized processes, templates, and communication channels for efficient project management
* Ensure compliance with all standards and measure team success accordingly
* Coordinate PM training, identify improvement areas, and provide resources
* Ensure customer requirements are met through regular stakeholder communications
* Regularly communicate project status to stakeholders transparently
* Manage project-related data in a user-friendly platform such as a dashboard
* Ensure participation in all kick-off, status update, and project close-out meetings

Requirements:
* Be able to create and catalogue all required project paperwork electronically so that it is professional, easily understood, and transparent to all stakeholders
* Read/interpret electrical schematics & drawings to troubleshoot electrical equipment as needed
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, SharePoint, and various Project Management tools and Software
* Proficient in electrical formulas required to determine load bank capacities, power distribution and cable ampacity to understand complex critical electrical testing requirements and to ensure the safety of our people and solutions
* Proficient in interpreting data derived from testing to determine acceptable testing parameters for rental equipment
* Thorough knowledge of Sunbelt equipment. An understanding of each units' capacities, features, and limitations is required
Education & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, project management, or electrical engineering preferred
* A minimum of 5 years' experience with data centers, renewable energy sites, and/or large utility projects preferred
* Have or willing and able to obtain a passport
* Have or willing and able to obtain OSHA10 Cert.
* Have or willing to obtain First Aid/ AED/ CPR Cert.

Base Pay Range: $108,430.00 - 149,091.80

You will become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days from your start date. Sunbelt offers team members the following paid time off from work, subject to Sunbelt's policies (unless specified in a collective bargaining agreement):
