In this fully remote position, you will be an integral part of a skilled team dedicated to delivering mental health services entirely through telehealth. • Provide ethical and compassionate therapy sessions via video chat, ensuring a safe and confidential space for clients.
• Utilize solution-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s needs, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices.
• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans, setting realistic goals in collaboration with clients to enhance their mental well-being.
• Facilitate insight development, helping clients explore their emotions, thoughts, and relationship dynamics to foster self-awareness.
• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to guide clients toward achieving their goals and establishing healthy coping mechanisms.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adult clients presenting a variety of mental health needs. Clients may be dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and life transitions. Your role will involve not only providing therapy but also teaching clients essential skills to improve their daily functioning and overall quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• You must hold one of the following licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses are accepted; candidates should have no history of disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, paired with a genuine passion for helping individuals navigate their mental health challenges.
• Strong computer literacy skills, with familiarity in telehealth platforms and digital communication tools.

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, preference will be given to candidates with a background in telehealth counseling or those who have previously worked with adult populations in a remote setting. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) is also a plus.
