Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Charlotte, FL
Shift Options: 4-hour and 12-hour shifts (All shifts available)
Pay Rate: $35 – $40 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:
Join our dedicated nursing team at Charlotte Bay Rehabilitation and Care Center, where you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care. We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to assist in overseeing daily nursing operations, ensure compliance with care standards, and support both residents and staff in a dynamic, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in evaluating and directing daily functions of the nursing department

  • Ensure all nursing personnel comply with job descriptions and maintain professional standards

  • Participate actively in facility surveys and compliance audits as needed
