Human Relations Officer (HRO) (Northern Quebec) Employment conditions: Willing to work in the area mentioned and ideally owns a means of transport. Full-time / Part-time – Variable shift. Salary: Up to $60/contract plus other benefits (bonuses, transportation reimbursement, continuing education plan, etc.). About Asicc-Med – Mobile Health: Since 1992, Asicc-Med has been supporting health facilities, rehabilitation centres, schools, community organizations and home services throughout Quebec. Our mission is to offer professional, humane services tailored to the needs of each individual in order to promote their well-being, autonomy, and social integration. Our values: Respect Kindness Professionalism Integrity Collaboration Job description: We are looking for Human Relations Agents (HRAs) to work with various client groups in health and social services network establishments, rehabilitation centres, schools, community organizations, youth protection services, mental health services and home services. The incumbent of the position contributes to the psychosocial assessment of users, the development of intervention plans and the support of people experiencing difficulties with adaptation, mental health, social functioning or development. Main responsibilities: Assess the psychosocial needs of users and their families. Develop, implement and monitor intervention plans. To carry out individual, family or group interventions. To support users in their adaptation, recovery and social integration processes. Participate in clinical and interdisciplinary meetings. Collaborating with partners in the health, social services and community networks. Provide references to appropriate resources when required. To manage complex and crisis situations according to established protocols. Prepare evaluations, professional reports, progress notes and other required documents. Ensure that records are kept in accordance with professional standards, Law 25 and current policies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as: Social Services Psychology Criminology Psychoeducation Sexology Orientation Or any other recognized discipline relevant to the function Experience in psychosocial intervention, mental health, youth, rehabilitation or community settings (an asset). Knowledge of the Quebec health and social services network. Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills. Ability to work independently and within an interdisciplinary team. Organizational skills, professionalism, and clinical judgment. Proficiency in spoken and written French. Driving licence and vehicle (an asset).
