The Role:
As the HR Administrator, you will join our Durex Industries and support...The HR Administrator provides administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. This role is responsible for coordinating interviews, managing candidate records, maintaining recruiting documentation, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The HR Administrator plays a key role in supporting hiring activities while maintaining accurate and organized HR records.
Your Responsibilities:
• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers and recruiters.
• Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data to ensure candidate records are accurate and up to date.
• Assist with posting job openings on internal and external job boards.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, application status, and onboarding requirements.
• Prepare, offer letters employment documents, and onboarding paperwork.
• Conduct background check and pre-employment screening administration.
• Maintain recruiting files and ensure documentation is complete and properly stored.
• Support new hire onboarding activities, including orientation preparation and employment file setup.
• Generate recruiting reports and maintain hiring metrics.
• Assist with job fairs, recruiting events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
• Provide support in interviews or orientation when a Spanish speaker is needed
• Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of administrative, human resources, or office support experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams).
• Strong organizational and data entry skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and ability to meet deadlines.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
