Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner for a direct hire opportunity in Fremont, CA. This management-level HR role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on HR professional who enjoys partnering with business leaders, supporting operational teams, and driving people initiatives that align with business goals.
The Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance across employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, talent acquisition support, compliance, organizational development, and change management. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a transport, storage, materials, operations, or distribution-focused environment where HR plays a critical role in employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational objectives, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, corrective action, and employee development.
- Lead workplace investigations involving employee concerns, policy violations, performance issues, and other sensitive employee relations matters.
- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, succession planning, organizational design, and talent development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including policy interpretation, documentation, and consistent HR practices.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends, support compensation planning, and participate in HR projects, policy development, and process improvement initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $100,000 to $120,000 per year.
