Compensation: $85-100k, annually, commensurate with experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, office hours with some flexibility of start time

Location: Onsite, 5601-B Balloon Fiesta Parkway NE Albuquerque, NM

About the Position:

· Manage the Employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding

· Maintain employee files, including using BambooHR, QBO, E-Verify

· Oversee Benefits Administration

· Create Job Descriptions and oversee the recruitment function, including working with staffing agencies

· Create Regulatory Reporting

· Process Bi-weekly Payroll: Review timesheets, track PTO accrual and usage

· HR Policy Drafting and execution

· Develop HR policies and update Employee Handbook annually and as needed.

· Manage Employee Relations and Investigations

· Lead Performance Management initiatives and Annual Reviews

· Train & Develop staff for career growth



Requirements

· A hands-on, proactive approach to your work.

· 5+ years of HR experience, ideally within small to mid-sized companies.

· Strong working knowledge of New Mexico labor laws and HR compliance requirements.

· Experience managing payroll, benefits, 401(k).

· Hands-on experience building or refining HR policies, procedures, and infrastructure.

· Strong Communication skills with the ability to actively listen to employees

· Ability to provide strategic advice to management on HR matters.
