Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation and a passion for advocating for our clients' rights. This role involves representing clients in business, probate and estate planning.
Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including negotiating settlements and presenting cases in court.
  • Research and analyze legal issues, case law, and statutes to provide accurate legal advice.
  • Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and contracts, ensuring they meet all legal requirements.
  • Interview clients and witnesses to gather relevant information and prepare cases effectively.
  • Advise clients on their legal rights and options, guiding them through complex legal processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in laws and regulations affecting civil litigation.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation.
