Position Description
Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead site safety activities & enforce safety rules
โ€ข Conduct inspections, audits, and hazard analyses
โ€ข Report to Division Safety Manager weekly/monthly
โ€ข Investigate accidents & coordinate with Risk Management
โ€ข Train employees (OSHA 10/30, HAZWOPER, orientation)
โ€ข Maintain bulletin boards, equipment records & safety documentation
โ€ข Travel to regional jobsites as needed
Position Requirements
Qualifications:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent field experience
โ€ข 1+ year of construction health & safety experience (Internships count!)
โ€ข Solid understanding of OSHA, federal, and state safety regulations
โ€ข Valid driver's license and clean driving record
โ€ข Spanish fluency (read, write, and speak) is a strong plus
โ€ข Strong communicator with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
โ€ข Collaborative, proactive, and great at building trust across teams
