The Advisor, FP&A plays a key role within the Finance organization, supporting business leaders with insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and decision support. This role partners closely with stakeholders to translate data into meaningful insights that drive informed decision-making and business performance.
What You'll Do
  • Analyze financial and operational data to deliver clear insights that support business planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare, analyze, and report monthly financial results compared to forecasts, budgets, and prior periods, identifying trends and variances.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analysis to evaluate business performance and new opportunities.
  • Conduct ad hoc and volumetric analysis to support key initiatives and leadership requests.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including, Commercial, Accounting, and IT, to align data, assumptions, and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline reporting, and enhance the quality and usability of financial data.
  • Support internal control initiatives and ensure compliance with financial policies, guidelines, and procedures.

What You'll Bring - Required
  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 3 or more years of progressive experience in financial analysis or planning roles
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

What Makes You Stand Out - Preferred
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis within a commercial, trading, or operations-focused environment
  • Working knowledge of SAP, SAP FRAP, Power BI, or other financial and data visualization tools
  • Experience developing business cases, forecasts, and scenario models
  • Ability to independently resolve complex problems and exercise sound judgment
  • Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and influence outcomes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and financial information

Compensation Range
This position has a base salary range of $108,900-$133,100.
