The Washington, D.C. office of Tycko & Zavareei LLP is currently seeking litigation associate attorney candidates, licensed in the District of Columbia, with 3–6 years post-law school litigation experiencefor immediate full‑time employment opportunities.

We are currently seeking employment inquiries from licensed attorneys with 3–6 years of fast-paced post-law school litigation experience, who are interested in litigation associate opportunities at the third- and fourth-year level, beginning as soon as September 2026 in our Washington, D.C. office. We offer competitive salary and benefits, flexible hybrid-remote working arrangements, and a transparent bonus plan under which all of our attorneys share in the firm’s successes. The starting base salary for this position ranges from approximately $190,000 to $213,000 (based on years of practice), plus bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to, generous paid time off, paid holidays, health/dental/vision insurance, HSA, 401(k) with employer contribution after 12 months, EAP, commuter benefits, professional development stipends, and more.
