CFS is partnering with a premier Boston-based real estate investment, ownership, and management organization to identify an experienced
HR Senior Manager.
Salary: $140,000-$180,000 + bonus
Schedule: 5 days onsite in Boston
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building programs
- Manage performance management, coaching, and leadership development initiatives
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and rewards programs
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and best practices
- Lead employee relations matters and provide guidance to managers
- Develop and improve HR systems, processes, and reporting capabilities
- Manage HR budgets and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility
- Experience supporting professional services, real estate, investment, or asset management organizations preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and talent management
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive organizational change
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
