Job description

CFS is partnering with a premier Boston-based real estate investment, ownership, and management organization to identify an experienced HR Senior Manager.

Salary: $140,000-$180,000 + bonus
Schedule: 5 days onsite in Boston

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building programs
  • Manage performance management, coaching, and leadership development initiatives
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and rewards programs
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and best practices
  • Lead employee relations matters and provide guidance to managers
  • Develop and improve HR systems, processes, and reporting capabilities
  • Manage HR budgets and vendor relationships
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility
  • Experience supporting professional services, real estate, investment, or asset management organizations preferred
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and talent management
  • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive organizational change
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
