The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. Key Responsibilities:

●Recruitment and Onboarding:
○Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
○Oversee the hiring process from job posting to interviewing and hiring.
○Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

●Employee Relations:
○Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and address any issues promptly and effectively.
○Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement and retention strategies.

●Performance Management:
○Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback.
○Develop and monitor performance improvement plans.

●Policy Development and Compliance:
