About this business area:

The Human Resources Leadership Development Program is a full-time, dynamic, 3-year rotational program designed to develop individuals entering the human resources field into future leaders. The program provides you with exposure to essential departments while honing Human Resources skills.

You will participate in accelerated development through compelling and challenging work, career coaching, networking, and exposure to senior leadership. Roles and work will vary depending on rotation, but include Human Resources Business Partner, Compensation, Talent Management, Colleague Relations, HR Operations and more.

Relocation: CVS Health follows a hybrid work model providing office-based colleagues the ability work remotely on Monday & Friday and in-office Tuesday-Thursday. Relocation assistance will be provided for candidates that need to move 50 miles or more.

Sponsorship: Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role.This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.

Demonstrated leadership experience. Examples include active roles in student or social organization activities, or sports.
Project management experience. Examples include leading a school or work-related project from start to finish.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Education

Anticipated completion of bachelor's degree program by start date (June 2027) or equivalent experience
Have a major, minor, concentration, or work experience relevant to the position. Examples include: Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Sociology

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $93,574.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
