This role ensures that delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care in alignment with organizaitonal goals, regulatory standards, and best practices in behavioral health. The direcotr oversees nursing staff, develops and implements policies and procedures, promotes staff develpment, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic treatment and recovery.
