THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION - INDEFINITE, NOT-TO-EXCEED (NTE) 30SEP27.

This National Guard position is for a HR ASST (MIL), Position Description Number NGD2014000and is part of the Guam G1 Directorate of Manpower and Personnel, National Guard.

Qualifications:

MILITARY GRADES:
Enlisted: E1 to E6
COMPATIBLE MILITARY ASSIGNMENTS:
Enlisted: 42A

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level (GS-05). Experience that provided knowledge of military personnel programs, policies, procedures, and administrative processes; experience processing and reviewing personnel actions and records for accuracy and completeness; researching and interpreting regulations, policies, and procedural guidance; utilizing automated personnel systems to retrieve, enter, and maintain personnel information; and providing guidance or assistance to customers regarding personnel actions and requirements.

Education:

In lieu of specialized experience, the following education is required to qualify for position:

  • 1 full year of graduate level education; or
  • superior academic achievement


You must provide transcripts or other documentation to support your Educational claims. To receive credit for Education, you must provide documentation of proof that you meet the Education requirements for this position.
