Title: Human Resource Specialist I  
Location:  Saginaw, MI(Will move in the new Client Hemlock plant once it is completed (ETA this summer))
Duration:  6+ Months 
 
May travel locally as needed.
M-F, 8am - 5pm.
 
Job Description :
  • The main responsibilities will be supporting the recruitment and onboarding of new team members. 
  • They may assist in payroll preparation, provide administrative support to all employees and the HR team. 
  • They must have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to handle sensitive information confidentially. 
  • This role will also prepare and set-up and teardown for all hiring events that occurs bi-weekly.
  • The manager is looking for candidates that are self-motivated, great communicators and highly organized. Must be very detail oriented.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates via phone calls and emails.
  • Support the HR team in building a strong candidate pipeline for various positions.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth and positive introduction to our organization.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
  • Help with local recruiting efforts
Education:
  • Associates preferred. HS Diploma required.
Skills/experience:
  • Previous HR assistant support/recruitment experience
  • HR experience during a plant start-up is a plus
Interview process: Teams Meeting interview. Manager will hire from this one interview. Interviews will be held on Tuesday, 6/3.
