- Support the Strategic Talent team in the delivery of HR programs and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Assist with workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, compensation guidance, employee engagement, and talent development activities.
- Analyze HR data and prepare reports, presentations, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to employee engagement, learning, recognition, and talent development initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
