HR Manager Location: Onsite - Wendell, NC Schedule: M-F 8AM-5PM Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support our U.S. East Coast manufacturing sites within a global, matrixed organization. Based onsite in Wendell, NC, this role partners with site leadership to deliver core HR services that are compliant, consistent, and employee-focused.

You'll play a key role in strengthening workforce quality, managing employee relations, and driving engagement and continuous improvement across multiple locations. Responsibilities include: - Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and offboarding - Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary actions - Interpret and administer HR policies in alignment with company standards and U.S. employment laws - Act as a strategic partner to leadership on performance management, workforce planning, and organizational changes - Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, capability development, and overall employee experience - Maintain accurate HR systems, employee records, and documentation Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field - 3+ years of HR experience within a manufacturing or multi-site environment - Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools Preferences: - HR certification
