Human Resources Manager (Generalist Focus)
Reports To: Vice President-Human Resources
Classification: Full-Time, Exempt
Location: Multi-site responsibility (Colorado, Florida, North Carolina)
Position Summary
The Human Resources Manager - Lindsay Precast serves as a key partner to operations leadership across multiple locations, providing hands-on HR generalist support with a primary focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and onboarding execution. This role ensures consistent HR practices across sites while supporting a growing, multi-state workforce. The position does not manage payroll or benefits administration but collaborates closely with those functions.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Own full-cycle recruiting across assigned locations
- Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and role definition
- Maintain recruiting metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Support employer branding and local recruiting strategies
Onboarding & New Hire Integration
- Lead onboarding processes across all assigned locations
- Ensure effective integration of new hires
- Own the Stay Interview program of 30/60/90/180-day and one-year follow-ups
Employee Relations & HR Support
- Serve as primary HR contact across locations
- Provide guidance on performance, conduct, and conflict resolution
- Ensure consistent application of policies
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with employment laws across all states
- Support audits and maintain documentation
- Partner with VP of HR on risk mitigation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- 3-5+ years of HR experience
- Strong recruiting and generalist background
- Multi-state experience preferred
