Interns typically assist with tasks like recruiting, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR projects. These internships help individuals gain practical knowledge of HR policies, workplace culture, and employment law, while developing essential skills for a future HR career. They also offer valuable networking opportunities and can sometimes lead to full-time employment after graduation.
