We are seeking a motivated and organized Human Resources Coordinator to support our faculty, staff, and organizational growth.

Position Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and staff support. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, people-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality while fostering a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Assist with recruiting faculty, administrative, and support staff.
  • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Screen applications and schedule interviews.
  • Maintain applicant and hiring records.

Employee Onboarding & Training

  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Ensure completion of required employment paperwork.
  • Track staff certifications, licenses, and training records.
  • Assist with employee training and development activities.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
