Easton is seeking an on-site, entry level Human Resources Manager to join our team in a hands-on leadership role supporting employees and managers across the company.  This role is an excellent opportunity for a current HR professional seeking to transition into their first formal leadership position and expand their strategic HR experience.  The HR Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day HR activities, including employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, compliance, and organizational development.
