3LS is looking for a trauma competent, quality-driven professional to join our amazing team as a Employee Relations Manager. As part of the Omni Family of Services, 3LS, Inc. provides administration services and support, including Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Payroll & Marketing to the Omni Family of Services as well as external companies. As the Employee Relations Manager, you would be responsible for supporting the Director and Assistant Director of Human Resources & Payroll in the coordination of all HR-related employee relations processes and procedures.

- High school diploma/GED required. Associate degree in Human Resources preferred.
- Two years� experience in the Human Resources function at a large organization preferred; or equivalent education and experience.
