Job description

Human Resources Coordinator
(HR Operations & Administrative Support)
This role will support day-to-day HR administration as well as special projects involving onboarding, recruiting, employee records, immigration and visa processes, contracts and agreements, reporting, employee communications, and other administrative needs. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple priorities, working with confidential information, researching unfamiliar topics, and taking ownership of tasks from start to finish.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and track employee onboarding activities, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Provide administrative support for immigration and employment visa processes, including document collection, tracking deadlines, and maintaining organized records.
  • Assist with recruiting administration, candidate documentation, offer processes, and third-party recruiting activities.
  • Maintain HR records, spreadsheets, reports, trackers, and other administrative documentation.
  • Assist with contracts, agreements, forms, and other business documents, including tracking status, deadlines, and required follow-up.
  • Prepare and format employee communications, presentations, reports, and HR resources.
  • Enter, review, and maintain information within HR systems and other business platforms.
  • Research HR and administrative topics and summarize findings as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, documentation, and project activities.
  • Assist with employee programs, performance management activities, and other HR initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve organization, documentation, and administrative processes.
  • Provide general administrative and project support as priorities arise.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant education or experience will be considered.
  • 0�3 years of HR, administrative, project coordination, recruiting, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Comfortable learning new technology and business systems.
  • Ability to research unfamiliar topics, organize information, and exercise sound judgment.
