Job description

  • Support user experience design processes from concept to delivery under the guidance of senior UX Designers.
  • Assist project teams in designing new web-based software throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, usability tests, and competitive analysis.
  • Analyze research and analytics data and translate findings into actionable design insights.
  • Present design concepts and solutions to teams and stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure feasible, user-centered designs aligned with project goals.
  • Refine designs based on stakeholder feedback, usability testing, and design reviews.
  • Produce design artifacts including mental models, personas, workflow diagrams, glossaries, site maps, wireframes, prototypes, test scripts, pixel-perfect mockups, engineering-ready assets, and surveys.
  • Build relationships with multiple product teams and contribute to an open, creative, dynamic, and productive atmosphere.
  • Justify design decisions using contemporary user-centered design methodologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of related industry experience.
  • A portfolio showcasing strong visual design skill and an understanding of user centered design principles.
  • Experience with a variety of user research, prototyping and visual design tools, including Figma, FigJam, Figma Make, Replit, Adobe Creative Suite, Optimal Workshop, and User Interview.
  • Good understanding of how to design solutions for end-to-end scenarios.
  • Ability to know when and how to use various tools and persuade others about your design process.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skill.
  • Foundational knowledge of standard user-centered design and user research techniques, including problem framing, understanding users and context, interviewing, ideation and iteration, usability testing, and measuring success.
  • Proficient communication of process, design ideas, and research findings in varied settings and to varied audiences.
  • Openness to feedback and iteration, and ability to adjust to changing project requirements.
  • Problem-solving, curiosity, proactivity, collaboration, and continuous growth mindset.
  • Where applicable, fluency in English and languages relevant to the working market.
  • Ability to sit, speak, and operate a telephone and/or computer for long periods.
  • Ability to handle pressure, stressful conditions, and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to work day, evening, and/or weekend hours as needed.
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, crouch, and bend over for work at office premises and office events.
  • Regular attendance in the office.
