What Drives Success

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a UX Designer II, you will contribute to the user experience of our digital products through thoughtful, user-centered design. You will execute design work for assigned projects, partnering with more experienced designers and cross-functional teams to create intuitive, high-quality experiences that meet user and business needs.

  • Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, interaction designs, and polished user interfaces that align with business goals, user needs, brand standards, and established design patterns.
  • Create visually engaging, brand-aligned interfaces with strong attention to detail.
  • Produce high-quality UI designs that demonstrate solid craft and adherence to established design standards.
  • Execute UX design activities for assigned initiatives, creating wireframes, prototypes, interaction designs, and implementation-ready experiences with guidance on new or more complex work.
  • Contribute to user experiences for moderately complex digital initiatives through design thinking, collaboration, and hands-on design execution.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to understand problems, develop solutions, and validate designs through usability testing and research.
  • Participate in design reviews, workshops, critiques, and working sessions, contributing ideas and incorporating feedback into design solutions.
  • Advocate for users by applying available data, research, and testing to design decisions.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to project teams and stakeholders, with support as needed for more complex recommendations.
  • Stay current on UX trends and emerging technologies and apply relevant practices to assigned work.
  • Use AI-assisted design and research tools to support discovery, synthesis, ideation, and iteration, while following established standards for craft, accessibility, and user trust.
