Job description

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the design of engaging, accessible, and user focused digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This individual will own the end to end design process for a primary product area while collaborating with cross functional teams to solve complex business and user challenges.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in UX strategy, interaction design, research, and visual design. Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Research, Analytics, and Content teams, this leader will transform business requirements into intuitive experiences, influence product direction, and contribute to scalable design practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end to end design process from discovery through delivery for a primary product area

• Partner with Product Management and Engineering teams to define problems, establish success metrics, and create user centered solutions

• Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity designs for web and mobile experiences

• Conduct usability testing and research activities to validate concepts and identify opportunities for improvement

• Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure design feasibility, successful implementation, and high quality user experiences

• Facilitate design reviews, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions to align priorities and drive decisions

• Contribute to design systems, reusable patterns, and scalable UX standards across multiple products

• Mentor team members and advocate for best practices in user experience, accessibility, and design thinking

Key Requirements

• 7+ years of product design, UX design, or related experience creating digital products and experiences

• 5+ years of hands on experience using Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration

• 5+ years of experience conducting user experience evaluations and usability testing

• 3+ years of experience supporting user research initiatives and translating insights into design solutions

• Experience designing responsive web and mobile first applications within complex enterprise environments

• Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, user flows, design systems, and accessibility standards

• Working knowledge of front end technologies including HTML, CSS, and modern web frameworks

• Experience collaborating within cross functional and matrixed organizations supporting multiple stakeholders and product teams

• Familiarity with analytics, onboarding, research, and experience measurement tools

• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship building skills

• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic roadmap initiatives with changing business priorities and ad hoc requests

• Portfolio showcasing expertise in UX, UI, responsive design, and modern digital experience trends
