Strong knowledge of UI/UX interface design processes and methodology, as applied to web, email and mobile based applications. 


Strong portfolio 


Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping and execution 


Solid background in design fundamentals; an understanding of modern web conventions. 


Knowledge of design, usability best practices, content management, responsive web design 


Self-starter and ability to work with minimal supervision and also thrives in a collaborative team environment. 


Experience designing compelling consumer mobile apps (iOS and Android) and consumer products/ecommerce for desktop and mobile web. 


Strong analytical skills to base design and usability on relevant data points. 


Exceptional, proven leadership, organizational and communication skills. 



Education & Experience 


Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Design, or related field. 


7 years of UI/UX or interaction design experience on a web and/or mobile consumer site.
