Summary:ย 

The Product Management Intern will be embedded in Cosmโ€™s Digital Product team to support the execution of revenue-driving product initiatives. This is a hands-on role; you will own real deliverables,ย participateย in stakeholder conversations, and contribute directly to product work thatย impactsย Cosmโ€™s guests and business.ย 

Weโ€™reย looking for someone with strong business instincts, intellectual curiosity, andย the confidenceย to be direct. We value candor over polish. The ideal candidate has a genuine interest in product management or UX/UI design and wants to build a career inย the space.ย 

Responsibilities:ย 

  • Conduct competitive research, user analysis, and market benchmarking to inform product decisions and present findings to the teamย 
  • Assistย in the coordination of cross-functional workstreams with Engineering, Design, QA, and business stakeholdersย 
  • Contribute to wireframes, user flows, or lightweight prototypes when applicableโ€”particularly if the candidate has UI/UX design skillsย 
  • Participate in sprint planning, standups, and product reviews, gaining firsthand exposure to how a product teamย operatesย at a fast-growing companyย 
  • Own at least one defined intern project from discovery through delivery, with mentorship from the broader PM teamย

Qualifications:ย 

  • Junior or Seniorย atย the start of the programย (will considerย gradย students)ย 
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Product Management, UX/UI Design, Computer Science, Engineering, Strategy, or related fieldย 
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills โ€“ able to break down ambiguous problems and propose structured approachesย 
  • Clear, direct communicator who is comfortable sharing honest perspectives with peers and senior leadersย 
  • Self-starter with a bias toward action; able to work independently and manage time across multiple prioritiesย 
  • Genuine interest in product management, digital experiences, or technologyย 
  • Available to work in a Cosm Office (hybrid)ย 
  • Available to work 20 hours per weekย during the defined Intern periodย 
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.Sย 
  • Interest in immersive technology and contentย 

Preferred Qualifications:ย ย 

  • Experience with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) or a portfolioย demonstratingย design thinking and user-centered problem solving, a plusย 
  • Coursework or project experience in product management, human-computer interaction, or digital product developmentย 
  • Familiarity with ticketing platforms, eCommerce, or event-driven digital experiencesย 
  • Graduate students with prior internship or work experience inย product,ย design, or strategy are strongly encouraged to applyย 

The pay rate for this position is 18/hr.ย
