Job description

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.
The UI/UX Designer designs and optimizes engaging, user-centered digital learning experiences. This role partners with learning, technology, and business teams to improve the usability, accessibility, and adoption of learning platforms while ensuring a seamless learner experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual interfaces for learning platforms.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Create and maintain design standards, style guides, and design systems.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, LMS administrators, and stakeholders.
  • Optimize platform navigation, accessibility, and overall user experience.
  • Analyze learner feedback and engagement metrics to inform design decisions.
  • Support platform enhancements, testing, and release activities.
  • Ensure designs align with branding, accessibility, and governance standards.
