Job description


  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate systemic risks within a newly launched, multi-model business decisioning infrastructure

  • Identify gaps and vulnerabilities using advanced statistical tools and techniques

  • Leverage pre-existing infrastructures or build new ones where necessary

  • Build and deploy solutions centered on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI

  • Partner with data scientists, business analysts, and software engineers to deliver products and tools

  • Translate complex technical work into tangible business goals

  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies and apply state-of-the-art methods

  • Develop and validate predictive models using large-scale data and cloud-based processing

  • Partner with credit programs to improve customer-facing policies


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field plus 6 years of experience performing data analytics, or Master's degree/MBA with quantitative concentration plus 4 years, or PhD in a quantitative field plus 1 year

  • Degree must be obtained on or before the scheduled start date

  • At least 1 year of experience leveraging open-source programming languages for large-scale data analysis

  • At least 1 year of experience working with machine learning

  • At least 1 year of experience utilizing relational databases

  • Experience with statistical modeling, model validation, and backtesting

  • Knowledge of clustering, classification, sentiment analysis, time series, and deep learning

  • Hands-on experience developing data science solutions using open-source tools and cloud computing platforms
