Job description

Weโ€™re a family-owned collision repair shop in Hugo, MN looking for a reliable, experienced body tech who takes pride in their work and doesnโ€™t cut corners.

Weโ€™re not a high-pressure DRP shop pushing volume over quality. We focus on doing repairs the right way for our customers and for safety.


What Youโ€™ll Be Doing:

  • Structural and non-structural repairs
  • Panel replacement, bodywork, and metal finishing
  • Disassembly and reassembly
  • Working closely with the front office and painter to keep jobs moving
  • Following OEM repair procedures

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • Collision repair experience (mid to high level preferred)
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Someone who shows up and takes ownership of their work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
