Hub Leader/Property Manager
 

We are currently seeking a Hub Leader/Property Manager to join our team. A successful candidate will possess sales skills, excellent communication and documentation abilities, and be able to maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues.  
Responsibilities:
  • Renting storage units.
  • Investigate and resolve tenant complaints.
  • Facility cleaning and upkeep.
  • Property Walk Throughs and clean up.
  • Collection calls for the locations.
  • Any other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:
  • No previous experience is required.
  • Ability to build rapport with tenants.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Basic computer knowledge would be very helpful.
  • Driver's license and reliable transportation.
