  • Iterate Based on Feedback: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders, users, and team members to refine designs through multiple iterations, while maintaining up-to-date documentation that reflects design decisions and changes
  • Foster collaboration between Product and Engineering: Work closely with product managers and engineers to understand technical constraints, feasibility, and implementation timelines, ensuring designs are both human-focused and technically sound through collaborative iteration and open dialogue
  • Stay Current: Keep up with design trends, tools, and best practices in the product design field

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or related field (internships and relevant coursework count)
  • Portfolio demonstrating your design process, problem-solving abilities, and final deliverables

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working asynchronously and managing your schedule across different time zones

Desired qualifications:

  • Collaboration: Enthusiasm for giving and receiving constructive feedback
  • Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn from other designers and continuously improve your craft
