FACILITY ADMINISTRATOR - $20/HR

We are a diversified service contractor that specializes in tree service, junk removal, roll-off dumpster rental, environmental cleaning, and street sweeping, and our team members take great pride in the work we do. Pay & Schedule:

  • $20 per hour
  • Monday to Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM
  • Weekly Pay

The Work:

  • Manage and maintain inventory of company supplies, PPE, job materials, and small tools using RefTab
  • Track asset locations, tool rentals, returns, and inventory audits to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
  • Receive, verify, organize, and store deliveries and job materials within the baseyard
  • Perform weekly inventory audits and monthly restocking runs to prevent supply shortages
  • Coordinate with the Facilitator and labor staff for material handling, tool check-ins, and stocking
  • Distribute and document PPE issuance for employees and maintain adequate safety supply inventory

Requirements:

  • Administrator or assistant experience
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, and typing skills
