This role isonsiteand will require you to work from ourWest Chester, OH, location daily. Relocationassistanceis not available for this role.

WhatYou'llDo

  • Achieve sales following daily, weekly,monthlyand quarterly goals for the store

  • Helpmaintaina clean, organized, and easy-to-shop sales floor

  • Deliver excellent guest service by promoting an environment that is helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient for guests and team members

  • Provide guests withaccurateand efficient service to educate them on the products and services available through Frontgate.

WhatYou'llBring

  • 2+ years of specialty retail sales experience

  • Proficiencyusing Microsoft Word, Excel (canmaintaincomplex spreadsheets), Outlook, Kronos, and POS systems andpreviouscash handlingrequired

  • Ability to lift and mobilize medium tolarge items, up to 50lbs

  • Availability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Additionalphysical requirements may berequiredi.e.climbing ladders.
