SUMMARY: Provide support to the school's advisors and Activities Department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following tasks describe the basic functions of the job. The following frequencies and percentage of time spent are approximations only.

  • Maintain the Activities Department master schedule of all events and coordinate the schedule with Cherry Creek School District's master schedule. [Daily, 20%]
  • Schedule event management personnel and prepare event and/or activity space for participants. [Daily, 20%]
  • Assist the Student Activities Administrator with tracking the department budget. [Daily, 20%]
  • Complete purchase orders for signature. [Daily, 20%]
  • Assist the Student Activities Administrator with required forms. [Daily, 15%]
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. [Daily, 5%]

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Equivalency (HSE) diploma
  • Basic interpersonal skills
  • Criminal background check and fingerprinting required for hire

REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS:

All certifications, licenses, and registrations must be valid and unexpired.
