About the role
The PEO Account Executive role at Rippling provides an extremely unique opportunity - we're looking for talented and ambitious Account Executives who can both manage a high velocity sales cycle while also navigating a very strategic sales process.
One fundamental belief at Rippling is that PEO Account Executive should spend 100% of their time between engaging with interested prospects/customers, qualifying PEO/HR Services opportunities, managing sales cycles to help potential customers evaluate our PEO/HR Services services, closing revenue from marketing generated demos, and working with our Account Executives to ensure a seamless transition to our platform for new customers. No prospecting, we leave that to our world class SDR and Marketing teams.
What you will do
  • Manage PEO/HR Services pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue and move deal along in PEO quoting process
  • Run sales calls with short deck presentation and deep PEO/HR Services discussions
  • Close business and achieve quota attainment consistently
  • Become a product expert on PEO/HR Services service offering and understand our competitor landscape
  • Work closely with CSM/Account Executive teams to ensure a successful PEO/HR Services evaluation and close

What you will need
  • 2+ years successful full-cycle PEO sales experience
  • Experience carrying a $350k+ annual quota
  • Strong track record of performance and quota attainment (top 10% of sales org)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • An active Life, Accident & Health license, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire.

This role will receive a competitive On-Target Earnings (base salary + sales commission) + benefits + equity. The On-Target Earnings* US-based employees will be 50/50 commission split for base/variable pay for the range listed below.
A variety of factors are considered when determining someone's compensation-including a candidate's professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.
