At Utz Quality Foods, we're looking for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing Talent Team in Hanover, PA. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to launch or grow a career in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Recruiting, or Staffing. Responsibilities
  • Lead weekly New Hire Orientation sessions in both English and Spanish for groups ranging from 1-15 new associates (larger groups during peak hiring seasons).
    • You'll serve as the face of Utz for our newest employees, creating an engaging, welcoming, and informative first-day experience while presenting company policies, culture, safety expectations, and benefits.
  • Partner closely with Hanover Talent Coordinator to recruit for hourly manufacturing and production positions
  • Reviewing applications and conducting phone and in-person interviews
  • Building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Extending job offers and guiding candidates through the hiring process
  • Supporting onboarding, background checks, I-9s, E-Verify, and new hire paperwork
  • Helping facilitate New Hire Orientation and creating an exceptional first-day experience
  • Representing Utz at job fairs, hiring events, community outreach events, and recruiting initiatives
  • Maintaining recruiting data, reports, and applicant tracking systems
  • Partnering with HR, operations, and business leaders to fill critical manufacturing positions quickly and effectively.
  • Perform various administrative tasks including, but not limited to; updating orientation presentations and materials, maintaining inventory of new hire supplies, ordering materials as needed, preparing orientation packets, coordinating room setup, and providing administrative support for a variety of Talent Team projects and initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Confident presenting and speaking in front of groups, engaging with people in a classroom-style setting.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple open tasks, projects, and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and consistently meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across diverse teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset and a passion for creating an exceptional candidate experience.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive candidate and employee information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Some knowledge of recruiting, customer service, or manufacturing is preferred
