What is an HR Leadership Development Program internship?

An HR Leadership Development Program Internship is a structured internship designed to give students or recent graduates hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources within a company. Participants typically rotate through multiple HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development. The goal is to develop future HR leaders by exposing interns to real-world challenges, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. These internships are often part of a pipeline for full-time HR leadership roles after graduation.
