Job Description

Our client, a top-ranked IP law firm, is seeking a temporary accounting data entry assistant to support their accounting team with debit notes and invoice processing.  The role is primarily focused on data entry.

 

Responsibilities

  • Processing foreign associate invoices through Convera and CorPay.

·       Communicating directly with foreign associates to obtain invoices, answer questions, and provide payment status updates.

·       Organizing and filing post-payment debit note documentation for access by the Billing team.

 

Required Experience

·       Internship or employment experience in an office environment

·       Strong email communication and technology skills
