Job Description:
GENERAL FUNCTION:
Support the Client system entry efforts to support Client master data governance policies. Ability to self-direct data processing request forms received via request tracking tool and take direction from Manager while ensuring at least 99% accuracy of entries into the system. . Work on projects such as the analysis of reports, data, communications, and data maintenance, based on specific data validation rules. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Data entry and maintenance for core business systems
1. Perform data entry functions as requested through the request system.
2. Execute and validate Data Testing, including other system interfaces.
3. B. New Functionality
1. Identify and document business rules and requirements under the supervision of the Manager.
2. Document possible solutions to any open issues during project development and testing phases.
3. Prepare written communications such as notes and support notes for new features or system changes.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Data entry into SAP IS Retail, Client PLM, JDA, JB, etc
B. .B. Prioritize workload based on requested due date and type of projects.
C. C. Support team members and new initiatives as needed.
COMMUNICATION: A. Verbal/Written Â- communicates effectively verbally and in written form. B. Listening Â- Effectively listens to others. COMMUNICATES WITH OTHERS: Oral and written communication with CSC departments and reporting and analysis partner consultants.
SPECIFICATIONS:
Knowledge and Skill Functional Competencies:-
Detailed oriented- Can conduct system data plans and perform data validation- Superior typing and administrative skills Leadership/Foundational Competencies:- Strong written and oral communication skills-
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects/tasks-
Customer Service oriented-
Champions change and continuous improvement- Foster teamwork and open communications
Experience2-4 years project experience Retail systems experience preferred.
