Field Service Metrologist - HPLC UPLC - Moline, IL Field Service Metrology Technician Metrologist Analytical Laboratory Instrumentation High Performance Liquid Chromatographs HPLC Ultra-Performance Liquid Chromatographs UPLC _ . Responsibilities: • Service full suite of analytical systems from manufacturers such as Agilent, Shimadzu, Dionex, Thermo-Fisher, Waters, etc. • Conduct repairs including mechanical, electrical, and software support; on-site problem diagnosis; preventative maintenance; and upgrades to board level. • Coordinate schedule for on-site preventative maintenance and equipment installations. • Document service procedures for repairs, installation, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting. • Communicate regularly with users and system administrators to report machine status and provide end user and administrator training. • Update service and client databases, and provide regular updates on client status.
